Parking decks are located on the North and South sides of the building, as well as on the campus of Old Dominion University.
Accessible parking is available in every parking deck and is close to the parking deck elevators. For most events, there is an accessible drop off area located on the 45th Street at the entrance of the building. There is an elevator located at this entrance, which can take guests up to the concourse and VIP levels.
